"We had such a delightful stay at this lovely hotel - a beautiful setting, extremely comfortable rooms and public spaces, and exceptionally attentive, helpful, and friendly staff. We felt warmly welcomed and cared for from the moment of arrival to our departure. Breakfast was also delicious, and the sound of the river rushing by outside our window and the dining room was heavenly. "The desk staff at this hotel was incredibly unfriendly. We booked two nights total, coming and going. On the second arrival the desk clerk was rude, confrontational and we learned later a liar. The location on the river isn’t worth the toxic environment created by the desk staff. There are better friendly alternatives."
