Darling town, and the hotel fit right in. As others have said, you can't compare this to a Hilton. It is just a different experience. And none of the hotels in Old Town have parking--the town does not allow parking in old town, so there is little the hotels can do about it. It is a hassle, but worth the experience. And I guess you can rent a spot at the hotel. No, the concierge did not speak English and was not the warm, fuzzy type, but she also went out of her way to help us, accommodate our needs, and even brought breakfast upon a tray to my husband when she saw how difficult it was for him to walk the stairs. We did a lot of pantomiming, and with no English, we managed to converse to get the Wifi sign in and password, the parking info, borrow a hair dryer, and talk about other restaurant options when we got there late. There is no elevator, but the entire town is pretty unfriendly towards anyone with walking disabilities, so probably not the spot for you if that is the case. Otherwise, it was very fun. Would recommend.
