Disappointing stay in this accomodation in Villa Rur
- agreed that fridge would be filled..... forgotten - coffee filter in machine, coffee of previous guests in can - ashtray with water full with sigarettes on terrace - Terracef full with fallen leaves - in living room and kitchen lots of dust (not clean) - various door and window handles are loose - crockery is collection of 5 different ranges - Glasses (not enough) and consists of varous different collections. (small, large mix)i The most annoying was the fact that the current owner is not able to communicate. Reaction on e-mails or what's app or SMS is extremely bad. When confronted during the stay with the shortages (we have sent the ownwer pictures) we got confirmed that this is not acceptable and that she was going to send us a certain compensation. All bank details have been sent, but no reaction anymore from the owner. Bottom line: nice town, good location of accomodation, the bedrooms are okay, but living room and kitchen need a significant improvement in order to get better review. Most annoying and unacceptable is the very poor way of communciation with the owners.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für 15 Personen
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in einem sehr gut ausgestattetem Ferienhaus mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Aufgrund einer recht steilen Treppe im Haus, ist es für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung nicht so empfehlenswert.

Unter dem o.g. Motto verreisen wir in dieser Gruppe seit vielen Jahren. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Allerdings wäre ein weiterer Raum, den wir zum Musizieren nutzen könnten von Vorteil gewesen. Ebenso ist ein separates Haus, nur für unsere Gruppe, besser. So könnten wir zu allen Tages- und „Nacht“-Zeiten Musik machen. Sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte Hausherren!

We hebben het heerlijk gevonden in dit prachtige huis. Bakker dichtbij met iedere dag heerljk vers brood, dorp vlakbij. Keuken is goed uitgerust voor als je van koken houdt. Speelkamer zeer goed. Alles Keurig verzorgd en erg geschikt als familie verblijf.

EIn tolles Haus, ideal für unser Wochenend-Event
Das Haus ist ideal für eine Gruppenreise. Die Räumlichkeiten sind toll geschnitten, die Küche lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein und es gibt genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten dank eines tollen langen Esstischs. Der Kickerraum ist ein Highlight sowie die liebevolle Einrichtung. Die Vermieter sind sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus wirklich empfehlen.

Prima locatie voor familieweekend of groepsactiviteit
De accommodatie voldoet aan de eisen van de moderne tijd. Keuken is prima in orde, het is goed slapen op fijne bedden en de badkamers en sanitair zijn uitstekend. Wij hadden niets te klagen. De accommodatie ligt op loopafstand van het centrum van Monschau. Vijf minuten lopen, hooguit. Wij vinden het een aanrader !! Enig minpuntje: het duurt wat lang voordat de borg teruggestort wordt (ongeveer drie weken) en dat vinden wij niet nodig.
