Perfect!
This house is beautiful! Clean, comfortable and well stocked with just about everything you need, and things you didn’t realize you needed. Plenty of room for 6 adults. We were attending a wedding in Monroe, and the location was perfect. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed for a West Point gradutation. The drive was easy and the house was beautiful. The property had everything we needed as far as necessities and the sleeping accommodations were comfortable and made it easy to relax.

Excellent Rental
The property was absolutely clean and well stocked. It was well decorated and beds were comfortable and rooms very cozy. The listing was accurate and communication with the property manager, very, very good. Usually, the pictures are better than the property but not this case. We will be remember this home again for future rentals. Excellent.

Beautiful & Enjoyable Stay
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly like the photos and absolutely beautiful. I brought utensils thinking they may be needed - however the house was fully stocked with necessities. The rooms were spacious and homely and there were more than enough for everyone. Icing on the cake was it snowed on our last day. Beautiful scenery and home. We will absolutely be back for another stay.

Fantastic Stay! Great location, Great Place, Great Hosts
Cannot say enough about the house and the hosts. House was perfect for our stay. We were there for our son's graduation from West Point. We had family in from all over the country. It was great for everyone as a gathering place. In fact, we did not eat out one time although we had plans to. The house was so perfect for gathering, talking and spending time together that we just made impromptu meals there. The host Andrea was very responsive and attentive. I cannot say enough about her. We have now arrived back in California and upon reflecting on the graduation, the ceremonies and the trip, it was a truly special occasion and where we stayed was a big part of making it special.

House has everything you’ll need and more
We were thrilled to see the house was exactly as advertised. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms were great for sharing. The kitchen is brand new and has top of the line appliances. Three different coffee makers, a pound of locally roasted coffee, and cream in the fridge greeted us. The property is beautiful and you hardly notice a neighbor. The Village of Warwick is where we spent most of our time. This is a small town and it was great to see that everyone in the cafe knew each other. We’ll be staying here again!

Great getaway!
The location is beautiful. We had our privacy but there were still other houses on the street where this property is. My wife does not like when there is noone around. The house was very clean and modern, just the way we like it. Everything was functional. Andrea who is the property owner stayed in touch with us the entire time. She was so kind to order a safety gate for the stairs for our twin toddlers. She has done a fabulous job with the decorations. The place is very homely, inviting and rejuvanating. They have created this clearning of the ground in the backyard. I took long walks there and it was a very grounding experience. Would love to come back and stay there again! Thank you

Worth Every Penny
This was a fantastic stay all around. Great hosts - available, helpful, welcoming. The house is huge and 8 people slept comfortably. Everything we needed was there and then some - we're big coffee drinkers and we counted at least four different ways to make our individual particular morning brews. Everything was clean and tidy and there was lots of natural light. The outdoor space is great for a big group. The property has neighbors nearby so it didn't feel isolated, but it still felt very private with all of the trees and greenery. Plenty of parking and a huge washer/dryer. Just a lovely place to visit for a few days or a week.

This home has everything you need for a great stay; large bedrooms with good beds and televisions; nice kitchen with quality glassware and dishes; tons of pans we didn’t use; coffee maker (stocked); nice full size washer and dryer; lovely deck, partially covered with fan; big den with huge TV over fireplace; music room; games; big yard with wandering turkeys from up the road. Very close to Renaissance Faire, although attending same was voted down. 😢 close to AT trailhead. Nice enough to live in and super nice to rent.

Peaceful and Relaxing Home
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The property looked exactly as portrayed on the website. The home is located in a beautiful and quiet location and we spent a good deal of time on the outside deck. The kitchen came fully equipped with everything one would need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. The bed mattresses were very comfortable. The only recommendations I would make is to oil the ceiling fans because they squeak when operating and fix the bathtub drain in bathroom 2 upstairs because it drains very slowly.

Place was very well appointed and comfortable accommodations. Disappointed that the outside grill was not functionable for grilling and that the whirlpool tub in the master suite was also not functionable. Two key elements that would have gotten it a 5 star.

Fantastic!
This was our second stay at the beautiful Warwick Retreat, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The house is gorgeous, and immaculately clean. They have everything you could ever need in the kitchen. Each room has comfy beds, tons of towels, etc. There are so many thoughtful details and touches throughout the house to make your stay more comfortable. We skied each day at a nearby mountain and then relaxed each night at the house. We felt very much at home and will definitely return.

This was such a lovely, warm and comfortable house. Andrea was so accommodating when we wanted to add a day. Thank you. The children especially enjoyed the sledding in the back yard while the adults enjoyed the steaks on the grill. Anything we wanted or needed was there. We will be back!

Amazing!!
Of all the VRBO homes I have stayed in, and have owned/managed myself over the past 22 years, never have I experienced the level of thoughtful detail than experienced at Warwick Retreat. Immaculately clean, and a kitchen containing the every possible implement, pot/pan, glasses/cups/dishes, and storage containers. Plenty of paper products, so we didn't have the need to purchase TP and paper towels. The setting of the home affords comfortable privacy. A covered gazebo and a multitude of comfortable outdoor seating on the back deck was an unexpected surprise, a great place to take our morning coffee/tea.

Weekend Reunion
This property allowed friends of over 40 years to gather from all over the east coast. Comfortable, well appointed, excellent ammenities, beautiful deck and woods- all were conducive for our gathering. We cooked and ate together in a large dining room and enjoyed our time communing on the back deck. Greenwood lake is not too far for some lake fun and sun.

Great place, and everything prepared as it should be! Saw a young bear at the edge of the back yard as we arrived, which we thought was an added fun touch - and which caused us to keep looking for another glimpse over the following three days (without success). Loved the little touches of an expresso machine, quality grill and quality large TV with multiple channel options and DVR. Thanks!

Best Rental Home we have ever stayed in
My husband, three kids, and in-laws enjoyed an amazing weekend at this house. We were impressed and amazed from the moment we arrived. The house was immaculate, we felt so homey and comfortable there. The special touches, like fresh ground local coffee and snacks were an amazing touch. My kids play piano and were so excited to see a keyboard there- I had no idea it would even be there! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the fact that we didn’t need to pack sheets, towels, toilet paper, or paper towels was a welcome treat compared to past rental homes we’ve stayed in. Our plans were slightly changed due to the weather (hurricane Henri) and I wasn’t even upset because it meant extra time to stay in and enjoy the house. This was an easy 20 minute drive to Legoland, and Castle Fun Center. My husband can be a tough sell sometimes, and he was beyond impressed with this find. We look forward to the day we can return to this amazing gem in Warwick!!

Beautiful, peaceful escape
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. We came with our family (our 2 year old and 9 month old) as well as my sister and her wife and their one year old. From the minute we walked in, we felt welcome and relaxed. The smallest touches, like Beekman 1812 lotion and water in the fridge, made such a huge difference. The weather was terrible (1000 degrees and humid) so we didn’t want to do too much outdoors, but were very happy just spending time in the house. The backyard, including the grill, was lovely and cool. The kitchen had excellent knives and pots and pans, which made cooking a real pleasure. We loved the dining room and cozy couch. The house was large, clean and every detail was thought of. We needed to bring a few things for the babies, such as a high chair and pack and play, and wish we had brought a travel gate for the stairs- but everything else was perfect. We even had a small issue that was our fault and when we got in touch with Andrea, she was nothing but lovely and gracious. Town was cute, about 15 minutes away. There was also a great ice cream place and cute farmers markets. We would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Perfect place for our family!
We have rented countless properties in the past several years as we travel large (family of 7) and we have not found a more well appointed home than this one. Not only was this home a smart home, equipped with multiple Amazon echo show devices throughout the house as well as smart lights/tv/speakers, the kitchen was the most impressive of all. Every item you could need for cooking/baking/grilling is there for you! Entertaining and dining were made easy with both ceramic ware as well as outdoor dining melamine. Each bed was the most comfortable bed, ever! All of us commented daily on how well we slept with high quality and cozy linens - this was new to us as nothing feels better than home! So many things were thought of in this rental property and we will be thrilled to return again in the winter! Proximity to Target and Shop Rite were also fantastic as it was easy to stock up for the week. I almost forgot to mention the outdoor patio. The pictures do not do it justice. It's picture perfect! Each morning we enjoyed our coffee and each evening, a glass of wine! There are just too many enjoyable things to mention in this review, to be honest! We felt it was a fantastic rental and surpassed our expectations.
