We really enjoyed our stay here. The inside as well as the outside parking area is kept extremely clean. The inside is big and open and spacious. Two of the beds were comfortable however, the one in kind of the bedroom area is definitely on the softer side and you can feel springs. We will definitely come back here again when we stay in Monroe.

The property was the best VRBO I've stayed in. Roomy. Feels like home. Nice modern decor. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close proximity to family in Sultan. Suggest some more light in the kitchen and extra toilet paper. Thank you. We will book this place again.

Easter visit with I our son & daughter in law
This was perfect for our needs. We loved that there are 3 beds. The kitchen was great for cooking meals & was well stocked. We enjoyed having a dining room table for meals & games. The huge TV was an added bonus! It is in a quiet neighborhood & we enjoyed walking into the historic part of town. Thank you for such a nice place!

Perfect place for our stay
This place was perfect for our short stay. It was very clean and nice on the inside as well as the property itself. Owner is very easy to work with as we had to modify our original reservation. And were able to do so very easily. Owner is very responsive in communication. We will definitely be returning to this location next time we come out to the area. 5 Stars!!!

Nice gem in DT Monroe
Rented this property for my parents coming in for a visit. The property was well suited for them and they enjoyed their stay. Within walking distance to Main Street. Emanuel was very nice, communication was prompt. This rental was everything I was looking for and more.

MONROE WEEKEND AWAY
This is a perfect location for a weekend stay, it is close to shopping, dinning, and coffee shops. It was easy to find and very comfortable to stay at. This property is very clean and well stocked with anything you would/could need to spend time there. We were there for a quick 2-day trip. It was a super cozy and comfortable property. The owner was easy to get ahold of and very responsive. We will look forward to renting from him again when we visit the area.

Beautiful cozy spot!
First of all... We NEVER do Condo's but we were in town for an event and there wasn't much to choose from. So we really didn't know what to expect. This was the most beautiful and cozy place! I mean... There was a lot of thought, care and love put into this place. The decorations, the colors the kitchen... Everything! If I'm ever that way again.... I will definitely stay there!

Family Holiday
We were in town to see family before the holidays and needed a place for myself and three kids to stay and sleep. We were looking for a clean place that was centrally located in Monroe. Emanuel was very nice and easy to communicate with. He returned my messages (texts or emails) very quickly. The apartment was extremely clean and the location was perfect. The kitchen was large and nice for our morning breakfast before we went out for the day. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed watching the huge TV in bed each evening. Immaculate and just as pictured only better! Well equipped unit with high end beds, HUGE TV, and fast WiFi. Quiet, walking distance to downtown Monroe and Al Borlin Park. Also lots of parking behind the unit. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay for our weekend in Monroe. 3 comfy queen size beds, lots of towels in the bathroom & plenty of places to hang the wet ones. There were 5 adults. Very clean. Planning on staying here again next year.
