"We stayed here for new years took the kids. This hotel was our home for the week. We needed the kitchenette . Had groceries delivered and it was a huge money saver! Each time we ate out it was so expensive! Very clean spacious the hot cocoa was a plus. The only down side I’d say is the homelessness downtown is huge and you’ll see them everywhere after lots of walking it was nice to go back to the hotel and get comfortable. You do need a key card to get in any door. Which a good security precaution. Breakfast was a plus! You need to get there early it will get crowded and things will go fast. It was the best time for our family. Memories we will cherish forever. "

"Stayed here for a film festival and it was quite nice. The rooms are very small. At 6’4” I could almost touch both walls. The bed is large and comfy, but if you’re a couple one will have to climb over the other to get out as only one side of the bed doesn’t have a wall. The shower is great and actually feels large in comparison. The desk is a joke, but the lobby has a great feel so I was able to work there. The breakfast was pretty good and the all you can drink espresso drinks that comes with it is fabulous for a caffeine addict like me. The staff overall were great but a few seemed extremely grumpy. Overall, though no complaints. "
