Trulli & Dimore - Villa Patrizia

On the hills of Monopoli, just 7 km from the sandy beaches, Villa Patrizia is located in a residential complex. The villa has a contemporary line, very airy and bright, offering style and practicality in a typically Mediterranean context with centuries-old olive trees. It is equipped with a 5 X 8 swimming pool and an outdoor bathroom with shower. A covered veranda adjoins the living area with a view of the garden. The villa has three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, 2 bathrooms with shower and a service bathroom adjacent to the kitchen. Large living room and kitchen.
The garden with lawn surrounds the villa and the pool, there is a relaxation area under a pergola overlooking the pool, furnished with sofas and a further relaxation area near an olive tree, typical of the Apulian land.
Outside, there is also an outdoor kitchen, ideal for preparing lunches or dinners while enjoying the healthy sea air.
A highlight of this property, in addition to its proximity to the sea, is the rich vegetation that surrounds it, flowers and fruit trees available to guests, which identify the Apulian land.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).
