"We spent two weeks in Stamatia and Ioannis' wonderful house and we can say that it was truly a magnificent stay with a perfect balance of everything we could imagine: thanks to the location on a hill it was never too hot, a nice refreshing wind was always there and we never used air conditioning (that is also available). "It’s a nice little house. Too small to live in permanently but perfect for a holiday. Great view of the Thermaic Gulf. May be a little too far from the beach for disabled or old people to walk. The owner is extremely friendly and eager to help, probably the best owner I have ever dealt with on VRBO. Highly Recommended!"

Four rooms are in close proximity to the reception desk, resulting in some ambient noise from guest check-ins and staff conversations. "The room was great, very cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for our holiday. The location was really convenient, with grocery stores, restaurants, and metro and bus stations all close by. The only small issues were that the WiFi could be slow at times, and the hot water didn’t last long after turning off the heat button. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it! "
