"The room had great A/C. Room was cool in minutes. Had a triple bed room. Was quiet in the evening. Water took about 5 min to get warm for shower. Guest services would not change a 100 sole for a bottle of water. Area outside is dirty, alot of people trying to sell anything, cabs, etc. "

"The area around the property is noisy but that's not necessarily a negative. It's Plaza de Armas it is expected to have a lot of people trying to sell you tours or other stuff. Just always be aware of those around you. Overall, the hotel is really nice. The food and drinks were superb. I recommend the Double Tree Iquitos and will return some day. "
