"Lovely cottage, very clean in the centre of Crail, initially it was hard to locate, could have done with details of how to find the property as it is tucked away off of a courtyard.Very comfortable and relaxing and it was lovely sitting in the courtyard when the sun was shining, you had everything you needed in the property and it was nice warm and cozy, would definitely use it again."

"The decor of the cottage was stunning. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was also really good very near the beach, park, shops and cafes etc. Parking was easy right outside. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed lovely walks along the promenade. A few minor tweaks needed to make this a top class stay. Hairdryer and remote control not working correctly - both need replaced. Sofa was not very comfortable cushions were flat and worn. "The house and location are amazing. Alison was great at getting back to us when we had questions. The beach is amazing and more often than not you have it all to yourself. Great for star gazing and we were fortunate enough to see the northern lights during are stay. WeeCOOK pies are definitely worth a visit and Angus Alchemy"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was equiped with everything we needed and was lovely and warm. The beds were comfortable and extra blankets were provided. The shower was a nice experience with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The kitchen had a great range of pots, pans, roasting tins, serving dishes and utensils - even an electric mixer and cake tin should you feel the urge to bake a cake There was also washing up liquid, sponges and brushes provided too.We visited...

Communication before and during our stay with Sue, the host was also excellent, and we were very appreciative of the board games she loaned for us to play with the children! At night the street noise was noticeable but given college students returning and the weather it was not completely unexpected. "First, the cottage was just perfect! Very clean. Nice, big kitchen complete with all the basics needed for cooking and a table for 4. Fridge was large enough for the two of us and had a small freezer compartment. Large entry area which was perfect for storing golf clubs. Bedroom was large and had a queen bed, twin bed, and wardrobe. Lounge was also very big and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with tub/shower. Excellent water pressure and quick to get hot water. "This was our third stay in Cowper Close.As before we had a great stay in the house.It’s in an excellent location in St Andrews - right in the centre of town with a short walk to shops, pubs, restaurants and visitor attractions.The house is spacious, warm, and very well equipped."
