"Tranquil location, well equipped accommodation with beautiful garden overlooking quiet green valley. Easy drive to Recco as a base for trips by train to Cinque Terre and Portofino. Supermarket & fuel 10 minute drive. Small grocery shop in walking distance along with other scenic walks. The owner Adolfo was very helpful. Highly recommended."

"We really enjoyed the house because of the amazing surroundings in the mountains. Such a beautiful view we haven‘t had before in a holiday house. The house itself is charming because of the style when it was built-old furniture, tiles and dishes and a history of its former owner. We had to get used to the long way down to the beach but Italien traffic was a bit annoying. Nevertheless staying in Martinas and Francos house was peaceful and both were friendly and helpful hosts. "Where to begin? The reception of Renato was already really charming and at ease, we immediately liked the house we would stay in. It has everything you need, including a washing machine, mosquito machines and blinds to keep out the heat. The little apartment is located in the garden of Renato and his wonderful family. "Avoid at all costs! The house was unlivable throughout our stay of ca one week. There is a long ongoing full-blowout construction work of the second half of the building (two ”apparments”). They work all day for six days a week and the noice level is for most of the day 93 db, that is too loud to speak to each other, hear your own thoughts and obviously to put children to sleep. Novasol are not bothered. Secondly the house is located 1 m from the railway. Traffic is intense including freight...
