Only negative is lack of air conditioning or even a ceiling fan / any fan -- this made it challenging to sleep at night in late August; keep that in mind if you are coming from the US and used to lower sleeping temperatures. "Posto stupendo con vista panoramica su colline e vigne, Emanuela e tutto lo staff gentili e disponibili nel venire incontro ad ogni necessità.
