Relaxation and Softball
"We came to Monett for a softball tournament. We got rained out one of the days and got to spend the whole day at this adorable duplex. It was probably the CLEANEST place we have stayed. So cute and has everything you will need. Karan was great as well!"

Easy, convenient, exactly as described
"The property is very convenient to both Roaring River and Cassville, and is exactly as described. Loved the small kitchenette. Nothing fancy, and priced perfectly. Would definitely stay here again!"

Raeburn
Monett's golf course is a delightful course. The greens are slick i.e. extremely fast which took a few holes to adjust to. One goes through a tunnel to get to the golf course on the west side while the club house is on the east side of Hwy 37.
