"We spent 4 nights at Les hauts de Comborcieres during the Christmas break. The apartment was comfortable. It is very conveniently located near the ski slopes. The pool was really nice too. It is too bad that it closes on Saturdays and that it does not open later at night (it closes at 7:30 pm and it is very crowded in the evening). Les Hauts de Comborcieres is not really a hotel. "Terrible. Would not stay here again. Power continuously went out. Extremely loud, could not sleep. Walls are so thin you can hear people outside and in every room. Floors were so dirty. Beds uncomfortable. Front desk does not help at all with any requests. Spend your money somewhere else. "

"Although not particularly close to restaurants the location worked really well for us. The accommodation we were in (1bed family/sleep6) was slightly smaller than the ones in the photos but ideal for 2 adults and 2 teenagers prepared to use a bunk bed in a room that was not technically a bedroom, probably due to it’s size, but worked well for us. "Superbly located property, a few yards away from the lift with great facilities; garage, ski lockers, pool… we checked in online (which we strongly recommend) via the link the property sent which saved us queueing on arrival Saturday (queue was out the door!) - they will send you a SMS with you room number, go there straight away and your keys and instructions will be on the kitchen table. Brilliant! Would return if skiing in Alpe d’Huez again."
