The best place for you to get relaxed!
Kaylan’s lake house is clean and has a beautiful view of the lake, you’d experience a smooth check-in, and more importantly, she responds quickly.

Great weekend!
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Kaylan's place. It was very clean and peaceful, and had plenty of room for our group. We rented a boat, and it was really nice having lake access. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a cute and clean place. My 6 year old had a fun time with the air hockey and bunk beds. The open floor plan was nice for us to enjoy family game night (games provided).

Wedding Weekend
We stayed at the townhouse for a wedding weekend. We loved the lake views and neighborhood. The place was perfect for the four of us, plenty of space. We made breakfast in the mornings and ate on the deck. Great place and location!

We fell in love with this place. So peaceful location close to everything you need. The clean and cozy house right on the lake. On the back yard under the shade of beautiful trees nice lawn which is perfect for kids to play outside. We definitely come back there.

Nice lake view and clean, only thing was the second bedroom could use a mattress topper, it was uncomfortable. But there were plenty of card games available and couches were comfy. Nice that there was soaps/ shampoos included!

Great family getaway!
Location, location, location! This nice townhouse had a great location, was nicely equipped and was very convenient to grocery, shops and restaurants. Literally walked out the back door and to the boat slip. I would recommend taking your own pillows as those in the home were not great. Small price to pay for a great property. I also would mention that the property manager was great - very responsive and provided quick and helpful replies. Definately recommend this property!

Great family friendly rental
Great location on the water. Easy check in and check out. Lots of toys and games for kids. Best of all, unlike a lot of listings on the lake, you don't have to bring your own linens and towels. Crazy...I know. This should be a standard, but providing these basic amenities seems to be an outlier for rentals on the lake. Thanks to the host for this simple additional benefit that sets it apart for vacationing families.

Beautiful location with room for improvement
The location is beautiful, but the accommodations need some improvement. I traveled with my parents and adult brother, so we were looking for three separate bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom upstairs (listed as bedroom three in the listing) was unpleasant. The mattress on the double size bed was thin and hard. The bed pictured in the listing is not the same bed that was the room. Hopefully they address this because it was too uncomfortable to sleep on, so I eventually moved to the couch. It looks like this is a newer rental property, so I emailed the owner about this. They responded that some people like a firm mattress. All in all, the location is beautiful, but a few things could make it a more comfortable stay.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
The property is just as pictured. It was super clean and I’m picky about cleanliness. The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft. I enjoyed that the showers included full size products. I also liked that towels and linens are provided. One less thing to pack and remember. We have 2 teenage boys so they took the lower level with the bunk beds and the gaming table, which they were very happy with. The grounds are well kept and so are the boat docks. Our boys fished daily from the boat docks. We also chartered a boat for a half day of fishing. The captain picked us up right outside the unit, on the boat dock, so that was super convenient. If you have trouble with stairs you might want to know that none of the bedrooms or bathrooms are located on the main level. You do have to go up or down the stairs to get the the bedrooms/bathrooms. This was not a problem for us at all, but it’s something to consider if stairs are an issue for you. We did notice they had baby gates you could use if you need to corral little ones to the main floor. At check out there appears to be no trash service/outside trash cans. So be prepared to drive your trash to the nearest dump. We found a place but having an exact address of the nearest location would be helpful. We had a great weekend and would highly recommend this rental.

The property was perfect for our stay. Gorgeous views from a clean and well stocked townhome. Close enough to local eateries but far enough out to be semi-private. Seems to be a perfect property year round.

Comfy and Cozy but little bit costly
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this property and the accommodations were comfortable and cozy, the host was available to answer our queries via the chat option within VRBO. They even accepted our request for early check in at the last moment. The rooms itself were beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The bed was a dream to sleep in, and the overall ambiance was cozy and inviting. The amenities were also impressive, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. While I understand that maintaining cleanliness is important, I felt that the $175 fee was excessive, especially considering that there were a few areas where I noticed room for improvement. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay. Just be prepared to pay a bit more than you might expect, and be aware of the high cleaning cost.
