"Villa Verde is such a great place to stay for a Salzburg vacation. Iris and Alex are wonderful hosts, and made us feel welcome during our 10 day stay. "Nicole, the property manager, is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable with a wonderful featherbed duvet. The view from a cozy balcony was breathtaking overlooking the swimming pond on the property, the turquoise lake and a field with grazing cows next door. Could not have been more picturesque."

One bed in the bedroom and an extra bed in the living room and another small children's bed in the bedroom. Full kitchen and 2 bathrooms (bathrooms were small but functional). "Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

"Loved the location and amenities of this apartment! Had some difficulty with the on-site check in because there isn’t a real person to check in. It worked out for us, but not for another couple we tried to help. Was so happy to be out of the hustle and bustle of Hallstatt!! Walking distance to bakery, a wonderful pizzeria with the cutest owner, restaurants and grocery. Really loved being able to do laundry as well. Highly recommend!!"
