"We had a great stay in Épernay. A couple things to note for those considering a stay. Parking - this is a residential neighborhood and parking was always available but we parked 500 meters away often. Laundry - it took 3 hrs to wash a load of laundry, 3 days to dry the laundry. Dryer was not up to the task, but there was a clothes hanger that did help. Thankfully we stayed 5 days. Saturday morning market is 50 meters from the door and it is a must. "We booked this property for our first night in France and our last two nights before flying home. The location is great, not too far from CDG airport with all the amenities one looks for in Champagne: Boulangerie, Charcuterie and Champagne all within minutes on foot. Great location and cozy, comfy apartment. Simple, easy access with great communication with the hosts. We would definitely book here again."

"We had a great visit in Epernay at this excellent location right by the Saturday AM market and a few minutes walk to many restaurants and champagne houses. Loved the kitchen that had everything we needed to make dinner. The bed was very comfy with nice bedding. "

"This is a great apartment - spacious and comfortable! Walking distance to many wonderful things in Champagne region. We did have a bit of trouble figuring out how to access the apartment first time. The directions are fairly clear, but when we saw “Doctor’s Office” on front access door we thought it was a business and unsure how to proceed. Got it sorted out - only suggestion would be to add a bit more information and specifics about entry process."
