"Ever so friendly staff and delicious food. The hotel was hit with significant rains which affected the feeling in the property ever so slightly. Missing some small additional comforts such as chairs in the bedrooms and more readily available sauna. The steam room was closed for refurbishment too. We paid for room and breakfast only which was far more affordable than a retreat available on the website. Classes are quite pricey but the yoga was worth it. "The resort is huge and very pleasant. We went in Jan so it was quiet. The beach is a 5 min walk away via a tunnel. There was a small supermarket opposite our apartment so that was handy. The pool is heated and a few mins walk away from our set of apartments and there is ample parking. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Very kind! "Rather disappointing that there was no way to grab a bite and a drink in the hotel. We tried to go to the Irish Pub, which we thought was part of the hotel. But after having to go outside of the hotel (in the rain) and up an outside (uncovered) stairway (no elevator or even a ramp) we discovered they were already closed (maybe between 7 and 8:00)! However, if our room was any closer to the water, we would have gotten wet🤗. And the staff was delightful, especially Mercedes😘"
