I would learn a few words of welcome in my guests language and to explain workings of equipment. "We absolutely loved our holiday at this property. Quiet rural location but only 20 minutes to the main stores ( local shop 5 minutes away). We visited the Rose Granite Coast and many other stunning beaches of the region. We took our dog, to which the property had a large secured garden with a huge forest only 5 minutes away by car.
