"Stayed for one night to be able to quickly get the BGSU preview day. Location was perfect, neighborhood was very quiet. Home was very clean inside and out. The home is very small/cozy with updates in the kitchen and bathroom. We did have trouble getting the bedrooms to not to get to hot, halfway through the night we figure out how to keep the temp down. based on furnace set-up and uneven floors it was apparent the home had been added onto over the years. "

"I grew up in BG and was in town for a few days for a family event. The house was perfect for our purposes and very comfortable. The hosts were excellent communicators and extremely understanding when we needed to move the dates of our stay last minute.highly recommend! "

"This home had everything we needed to relax and recharge after a busy holiday season. Plenty of hot water, comfy beds, and a kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Our host was very gracious and helpful. Great visit!"

"Great stay, clean and comfortable! Within easy walking distance to the bars, but in a quiet neighborhood. Owner/property manager was very responsive when I needed help. Keep in mind if you're tall, it is a "tiny house": the kitchen ceiling is probably 6'4" or so."

"Loved this rental!!!Communication with the homeowner was amazing. She suggested restaurants after booking and we had a little confusion with the parking regions that required a late night call :) I would recommend everyone to carpool in one vehicle.There were 7 of us ranging from ages 5 to late 60s. I didnt realize all bedrooms were on the top floor which was the only downside outside of the parking situation (congested neighborhood due to the lakefront). My grandma and grandpa struggled a bit...
