"Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem und vor allem freundlich herzlichem Service. Der Wellnessbereich ist etwas kleiner, was aber sehr schön durch die smarte Ausgestaltung ausgeglichen wird. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und fürs Abendessen sind das Restaurant und die Bar ausgezeichnet. "We were so disappointed with this hotel. It is NOT near Aalen. It needs so much work. It looks like it might have been busy at some point but it feels like a ghost hotel. Our room had one small comforter. No towels. No glasses. 2 pillows. A refrigerator that did not work. The washer dryer area for the hotel is dirty and pathetic. The reception area had trash that was not picked up for two days and no Receptionist. There was quite a bit of deferred maintenance on the property. It...
