"Well placed near the water. Check in is not at the hotel but nearby. Went the wrong way trying to find the hotel. It is bizarrely, built attached to a huge abandoned apartment building. Looks like a reno project that Covid killed. However, hotel was excellent. Will stay there again."

"I didn’t realize that the property was far from the strip. Expedia said 18 min walk but the walk is down many streets. There are no restaurants nearby, we had to hop in the car to get anywhere. It was a close drive to carvoeiro downtown and a good location to do hiking but everything must be accessed with a car. There is someone at the reception desk til dusk, then a security guard is there overnight. There is parking on site. The suite is large, clean and has a washing machine and a large...

"Been to these apartments a few years ago and it looks like it has changed hands. The apartment is in need of repair the patio door was broken couldn’t lock, the shower was broken and the kettle kept tripping the electric. No clean towels and the patio area needed a brush as glass was all over it sorry to say won’t be going back there also seagulls in the pool "

"Loved our two-bedroom apartment with a fabulous terrace with an ocean view. Huge kitchen and dining table, very well-equipped. The location is perfect for walking to sights and restaurants. We also borrowed biked to go to the beach, so we didn't need to move our car from the garage around the corner the whole weekend!"

"Over all this hotel suited my needs....my mobility is hampered after suffering a stroke...so my room allocation was the 18th floor...be prepared to speak fluent languages but not english....when you check in....then be prepared too get a taxi too another hotel 10 minutes away...why they don't issue the key's at the tarik as they used too is a complete mystery...then there's the 9 digit code you have to tap into your door handle...take some one small with you...it'll help."

"A washer was broken. We arrived after 7:30 almost didn’t get in. When I booked it said 8. The office was closed but someone was in and gave us the key. Not very instructions as to what to do or how to find the place. After a little bit we figured out how to get in and where to go. Pool & laundry close early and don’t open until later. So we were unable to enjoy or use. "

"Honestly when I read the reviews about this place after my husband booked, I was very sceptical. People said it was dirty, had cockroaches, no hot water. None of this was true. About the hot water, you must realize that water heaters in Europe are half the size of North American ones. We had plenty of hot water. The only thing we didn't like are the beds are a little hard but it was the same at the previous place we stayed. We made do. Also tile floors are always cold which I'm not fond of but...

"A truly wonderful top deck apartment with a lovely view. Clean and with everything you need. A short walk to Sao Rafael and Arrifes beaches. Complex pool is excellently maintained. Great pre-holiday communication with the owners and brilliant check-in with Terry. We loved this apartment and it made for a memorable holiday. Plus, Uber makes access to anywhere else very simple!"

"We came for the Northern Soul event for the first time. We enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing and good value for money. The position of the hotel was great with an easy walk to the old town. "Our stay in Lagos was great! The amenities provided at the apartment suited the needs of our vacation and the location was perfect. It was very close to the marina where many of our excursions departed and just a short walk across the bridge from the downtown area.
