Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Floor heating. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. 1 double bedroom with bath/bidet/WC and satellite TV. Shower/bidet/WC. Top floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with shower/WC. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, children's high chair, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Some rooms on the first floor offer views of the coast and the yacht harbour. On request and after pre-order a third parking space can be provided for EUR 4.00 / day.
