"Convenient hotel for La Daille lifts and funicular train. Supermarket and tabac opposite. Good for a family holiday. Not a luxury hotel by any means but clean and well equipped rooms with comfy beds and kitchenette. We had breakfasts and most dinners here no problem. Would recommend for a reasonably priced hotel for family ski. "

"Communication for property was fine. Told us codes etc in a SMS message. Upon entering the property the place seemed clean until you saw up close. We were a family of five and the accommodation served its purpose. It was close to the kids ski schools. The bath / shower water was very temperamental. "I understand that Val d'Isere is expensive. However, when you run a property without anybody attending the property, you have to communicate very well. The conditions must be clearly written. I could not par a car on the arrival because the code is wrong. They finally got it right after a few messages including ask a guard at the property. "The entire place is spotless and we were warmly welcomed by a very friendly owner. Her communication was faultless all through the week that, and nothing was too much for her. The Chalet is good value for money, and is close to everything in Sestriere, and a short walk to the slope and gondolas. "Le logement pourrait être parfait mais la propreté laisse à désirer. Ce qui recouvre le canapé est plein d’auréole, de tâches. La table était colante et mon éponge noire après un premier nettoyage. Le manche de la poêle est cassé, les ustensiles cuisine sont plus que minimum. La tringle à rideau est cassée et le chauffage dans la pièce est au minimum. Il fait donc froid dans l’appartement. Il faut laisser la porte de la salle de bain et des toilettes ouverte car dans ces pièces c’est une étuve....

Les équipements et le mobilier sont vieillots. L'armement hôtelier n'est absolument pas conçu pour 6 personnes. Il n'y a d'ailleurs que 5 chaises dans l'appartement !
