"I had to chase for the entry codes to the property, literally an hour before arrival at the place. Possibly because I booked through Expedia, but that shouldn't be my problem, and it really annoyed me. Not a word of apology from the host, again, might be language barrier, but does not show them in the best light. "Our stay was perfect, Andrea is a fantastic host and a wonderful person. The room and bathroom was clean and well maintained with AC, it’s about 30-40 min walk from the historic centre which we gladly did as it was a nice route. There’s a little supermarket and a Caffé with delicious and cheap pastries (delicious pistachio croissants) next to it in about 5 min walking distance from the hostel. We’ll definitely be back! "The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...
