"Great hotel for basic accommodations. It is a pedestrian only walking area so the taxis cannot get to the front entrance. But the tram is right there and the staff is great such as Theresa at Osten Bar and Faye at the front desk and Phil providing that extra excellent service. "

"The hotel was very busy with families/CHILDREN that could be unruly & loud in the lobby and at breakfast. Irish bank holiday & school vacation week. I therefore did not go near the pool as I had intended. Our room was nice but we overlooked the loading dock & experienced much noise early ~530am-730 every day. A definite drawback. We were not told at check in that the exit gate code changes every day."

"Beautiful peaceful old style hotel with a modern twist. Staff are efficient and extremely helpful. Have to mention receptionist Kate. What a beautiful young woman. she was pleasant, kind, nothing was too much fir her. She will make an excellent manager one day. All the staff were lovely. Also duty Manager Cormac who sorted out a few little issues we had without fuss. This was my second time staying at Killashee and return again"

"This hotel has a bar and good food options on property but is also across the street from The Square shopping mall which offer more dining option within walking distance along with great shopping. The rooms are a nice size and room amenities are replaced regularly. My only complaint was the room was too hot even with the radiator off and window open and fan on. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and underground parking is very convenient."

"My most recent stay was for three weeks, so I got to know some of the staff pretty well, and I can’t say enough about how absolutely AMAZING everyone was! I absolutely LOVED my stay……such an incredibly beautiful and serene setting, and also very conveniently located to everything! But honestly, it was the staff that completely made my visit so special! "We enjoyed the property very much. Checking was pleasant with Caithriona seeing to everything! The property was recently remodeled from old farm house to modern farm house. The surrounding green fields had sheep, cows and bunny rabbits running around. We had a very pleasant stay."
