Sat by pool and guy next to me complained every round of same drinks were priced differently. Some people waited so long to order they got up and went to the bar themselves. "Absolutely world class and very deserving of the five star! The service from entering the hotel throughout has been absolutely sublime! Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that welcomed us upon arrival but he was absolutely exceptional incredibly informative and gave us a itinerary of the facilities restaurants areas of the hotel and guided us to our hotel a true credit to the hotel. "I like the hotel, the location, facilities and the staff are very good, hence this is the second time we have stayed. However both visits have been made whilst construction works have been ongoing at the site adjacent and this year maintenance works were being carried out at the outdoor swimming pool which ment it was not usable. I would say that the hotel were very understanding when approached about these issues and thus I would have no hesitation in staying again."
