It features a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms (two of which are in an outbuilding), two bathrooms and a 3,500 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor
- 30 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: double sofa bed and desk area
- Bedroom 4: single bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC

In the 60 m² outbuilding:
- Bedroom 5: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 6: double bed (140×190) and double sofa-bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Outdoor kitchen with covered dining area
- Outside WC and separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A private above-ground swimming pool (unheated) measuring 6×4 m and open from June 1 to September 30 (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by a gate and alarm.
- A beautiful 3,500 m² private enclosed garden with sea-view terraces, pétanque court, swings and basketball hoop.

The house is ideally located in Beausoleil, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park for free in the public spaces close to the property. A right of way gives you access to the accommodation to unload your belongings, but parking is not permitted on the property.

- Nearest train station: Monaco 2 km

- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged
