Configuration: 2 spacious, bright bedrooms; a comfortable living room; and a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and complete dishware.
Additional Features: A clean bathroom, air conditioning, WiFi, and secure private parking.
Location:
Situated only 10 minutes from both the beach and the city center of Menton—and just 20 minutes from Italy—this apartment is perfectly positioned for exploring local attractions such as Monaco, Nice, and beyond. You’ll enjoy easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and markets.

Rates
June 2025: €1,500 per week
July 2025: €1,800 per week
August 2025: €1,900 per week
Minimum stay: 5 days.

Reservation & Terms
To confirm your reservation, a 100% prepayment via bank transfer is required ( Contact-me for bank information and contract ). While this differs from the standard 30% deposit, this policy has been implemented to manage frequent cancellations during peak season (June, July, and August). For off-peak periods, a 30% deposit is accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund
Between 15 and 29 days before arrival: 70% refund
Between 7 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund
Less than 7 days before arrival: Non-refundable
Key Handover & Deposit:
On the day of key handover, a €200 deposit is required (by check or cash) and will be refunded on departure after a satisfactory check-out inspection.
