"The staff are AMAZING. Fun, professional and always willing to help. The only thing we can fault was that if we wanted to snorkel we had to go to the opposite end of the resort to get the flippers. When you are staying at the Adult only wing that eats up your complimenty 1hr hire going backwards and forwards. Should be options up the REEF end. Apart from that we will be highly recommending Shangri la to gamily and friends. "

"Convenient hotel for early flights, 5 min walk to airport. Rooms set up like a motel, with a large dining and reception area. Staff very helpful, room clean and comfortable. They have a large pool area that looked nice. Have shuttle to the airport if you don't want to walk."
