"We are traveling across the country with our three dogs, Washington to Wisconsin. We got in late and gal who checked us in was very kind. Explained all the details, food, ice, pool etc. She was the same person who checked us out in the morning. She gets our kudos. The room was comfortable. Everything worked well. The morning breakfast is exactly what we needed to hit the road, again. Thank you for having us! "

"Fantastic hotel located in the heart of Downtown Billings. This is a well-run ship with friendly people who care, attention to detail, and cleanliness. I have stayed at other hotels in Billings and I think this is the best one by far. The Doubletree across the street would be their top competitor, but my stay there wasn't as pleasant. The area is great for walkability and dining options. I cannot say enough good things about the Northern!!!"

"No elevator. This should be disclosed in motel details. Very poor. Also main doors open outward which means you have to set down baggage to open door. Very dated. Beds were excellent. "
