"I love this hotel and all the services they provide. I stay here every time I come to Tepic. Staff most times are very nice. Very convenient and the morning breakfast ladies in the kitchen and servers have all my respect, they are such hard working people, super nice and efficient."

"The place was spotless for sure. Check in was easy. Only major points of dissatisfaction were there was zero ventilation - windows wouldn't open and only fans in bedrooms, so the air was 'heavy' and stuffy. It was actually cooler and more comfortable outside than inside. There was only a bath towel ..."
