"We stayed a week in this lovely cottage. I cannot praise it enough. The location is fantastic in a lovely quiet little village close to good amenities in nearby Benfeld. It is great for exploring Colmar, Strasbourg, Alsace and the Black Forest. The cottage is comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. "This house was just like staying with family. Everything was provided and the whole house was decorated for the Christmas season. The hosts could not have been nicer. They even brought us traditional Alsatian holiday cookies and gave many recommendations for Selestat and the surrounding villages. We didn’t want to leave!"

"Ferienhaus liegt ideal, um Straßburg zu erkunden. Am besten zum nächsten P+R Parkplatz fahren und dann für 4,20€ den ganzen Tag Tram benutzen. Das Haus ist groß und man hat viel Platz. Unten sind zwei Schlafzimmer und ein großes Bad. Im 1. Stock gibt es ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Bad. Dieses hat leider abends kein Warmwasser mehr, weshalb man zusammen das untere benutzen muss. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen."

"The stay was quite pleasant except for one evening. We had told the owners we were staying with family for a night but plans changed. When we got home we had no heat for the evening but it was too late to contact them. It would have been nice to have some control over the heat since one of the parties was older and handicapped. Other than that, the place was very clean - perfect for 2 people. "

"The chalet and the location was really nice. Owners greeted us very well and showed us around the chalet. We can everything we needed, bedsheets, towels etc. Would definitely revisit next time."

Only the communication with the owner and the housekeeper was difficult. It was not clear for us how to check out and in. And we received a strange SMS message from the housekeeper that we had to pay 100 euro extra, which was not true..."
