No se puede tener las ventanas abiertas por el ruido que hacen los vecinos que viven permanentemente en el complejo y además fuman y el humo entra al apartamento. "We arrived with 2 young kids to the appartement in a hot July day, to discover there is no AC in the appartement, it was probably 40 degrees C inside which was unbereable. We asked for fans to keep the kids cool but there was none. The pool was very small and busy so not even an option. The room and furniture are very old and outdated, towels disgusting and very very used Such a shame for a so called 4star facility. After 2 hours with no other choice we left and checked out as it was physically...

"This is for long term stays. There was no bedding in 2 bedroom unit. We were then provided bedding for 1 bed. We had to ask for towels and when you check out, you are responsible for cleaning the room and taking all laundry to laundry center. No restaurants close to property."
