I chatted with VRBO, they made an attempt to contact him, no luck. The phone number provided for the owner was not a working number. We were not able to check in. I read similar reviews but couldn’t believe VRBO would allow this property to remain if they were true. Trust the reviews! In the end, VRBO assisted me with a refund. "
