The property is situated within close reach of many of the local attractions such as the market town of Ruthin or head off to Snowdoinia for a day out to take in the sights of Betws Y Coed. Take a stroll at Loggerheads Country Park and see some of the local wildlife or take a picnic and and enjoy the beauty of the North Wales countryside.

Beds – one king, one double and one twin.
Rooms – ground floor – conservatory, kitchen, lounge, dining room, utility room, en suite double bedroom, family bathroom. Upstairs - king size bedroom and twin bedroom.
Kitchen and utilities – Country style oak kitchen. Fully equipped, including a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. Utility includes washing machine, tumble dryer and sink unit.
Entertainment – Smart TV and DVD player in living room. Wifi included. 
For families  – travel cot, high chair and stairgate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside – private, enclosed garden with stunning views, patio area with garden furniture, built in BBQ and a lawn area.
Parking  – private parking spaces.
General – bed linen, towels and hairdryer provided. Heating and electricity are included. Welcome pack includes cake, bottle of wine, tea, coffee, sugar and milk.
