"The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets. Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apartments shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches."

"The room itself was fine but keep in mind that only the check-in is at the given address. The rooms/apartments are scattered around town up to 1/4 mile or so from the check-in desk. "

"Not the best place to stay in Zadar. Plug sockets are an electrical hazard, not very clean... pool is not for children Service and staff were fine Location is far to walk to old town. About 35mins to sunset view. Would have maybe been abit better if the children were older. But it was too far for us to walk, not clean and not ideal "

Arrived in the height of summer although adequate albeit a bit tired looking, it was not the cleanest and AC was broken, they sent a maintenance guy who said it needed something changing on the roof and it would be sorted the next day as everyone had left for the day. "We enjoyed a quiet stay a Villa Vanilla. Our host kindly did all our laundry and accommodated an early departure. We were able to walk the neighborhood easily finding good food and beach access. It is a ways from old town was the only down side. "

The suite was so clean, super comfortable, amazing views, had everything we needed, was a great location to walk into town, the pool was great, and there's a beach very close, and also good dining close to the suites. We were able to park the car and walk everywhere. Petra, the receptionist, was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future. "
