"We had a fantastic stay. Check in with Ivo was thorough, he gave us loads of useful recommendations & was on hand throughout via what’s ap. House is clean and generally well equipped. There were a couple of things I thought were missing..chopping board, ice tray, coat hangers (we asked for more & got them next day) & for me the bathroom lacked space/shelves for toiletries. Be careful on the narrow, stone stairs (3 flights), especially the bottom step which isn’t illuminated like the others....

"Would absolutely recommend this place! The location is perfect just 1 minute walk from the old town and a 5 minute walk to the Monopoli beach. Ivo made our stay very nice. The place looks way much better in the reality than on the picture. We loved being at the balcony at the afternoons/nights. The appartment is perfect for a couple/two persons. Thank you Ivo!"

"Alex, the host (and his son Rocco) were always available for questions and information. They were welcoming, friendly and very helpful! We were even provided with a treat basket upon arrival, and Alex left us pastries on the stairs one morning for breakfast (and again, our last morning). The property was absolutely beautiful, and had everything you could possibly need. We are seasoned travelers and would highly recommend this property! "

"We had a great time at Claudia’s studio apartment. Claudia was incredibly helpful communicating with us on how to get to the apartment, parking, suggestions of places to visit and any help we needed. The studio is adorable and has everything you need. The location is enchanting, in the middle of old town Bari right by a small square with amazing food. Wonderful experience!"

"Location was ideal,and was close to all amenities. Marco sorted out the European plug situation. Also when the shower connection broke,sent a plumber within half an hour.Terrace was lovely, but with steep steps maybe difficult for the elderly or very young children.Lovely place to stay, Marco was a brilliant host, and even gave us a lift to the station,on a Thursday late at night to get our train to the airport."

"We just completed our trip and this was definitely the highlight. Located close to the highway and several towns all worth visiting. The property was fantastic, private and very safe. Nestled amongst 700 year old olive trees and views of the surrounding hillsides. An idyllic setting. Lots of places to sit and relax weather onthe chairs by the pool or in the covered patio. In spite of the heat of you keep windows and doors closed during the day you don’t need the AC. We didn’t need it at all....

"Amazing property and Nicola was so welcoming and helpful. Even brought us some local delicacies on one of the evenings. Pool was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Perfect villa for family or group of friends. Remember - there are no internal doors between the rooms - this didn't bother us. Location is very secluded and quiet. Defo need a car to get around. Alberobello is only 15 mins away and other main towns between 30 and 40 mins. We loved our stay - thanks so much Nicola!"

"This is an awesome place to stay in Polignano a Mare. The apartment is furnished with everything you need and the view from the terrace is magnificent. Livio will help you out with any questions you might have and the communication is excellent (use Whatsapp). Livio can also provide a transfer from Bari if you want. Can't say enough about this place and Livio!!"
