"A perfect location and great accommodations. Comfy queen bed, hot coffee, microwave, frigid, and gas BBQ, if so inclined. The hosts provide a great orientation and offer a deep history of the property. In addition to suggestions nearby sites well worth the visit. It’s a great opportunity to learn California railroad history and see for 1st hand just how important early California commerce was, and still is. A great family experience. 5 stars"

"Hands down the best property we’ve stayed at. Easy check in and checkout. The caboose was great! Treats and ear plugs were a great touch. Was my wife’s birthday weekend and the owners left her a birthday card. We loved our stay and will definitely do it again."
