It is situated in a quite location to the rear of the gated Spirit de Mojacor complex overlooking the tropical gardens with mountain views. Being on a higher elevation the apartment benefits from a mostly private (no-one living directly above), large, sunny south facing terrace, ideal for sun worshippers.

It’s a great place to relax avoiding the general melee but being able to join in when it suits with the main pool (lifeguard on duty during July, August & September) and gardens being just around the corner. It benefits from a large, private secure underground car park with allocated parking space. Within the complex, the car parking, apartment, gardens and pool are easily accessible via lifts with level corridors and paved areas making it child, mobility impaired and disabled friendly.

Access to the promenade and best beaches in Mojacar is approximately 400m downhill from the apartment complex (and therefore uphill on the way back!) where you will also find a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to suit your budget and taste. This area has recently been voted the number one place to live in the world for quality of life, by the Telegraph newspaper.
