The property benefits from secure allocated underground parking; although a car is not essential as, apart from a choice of 5 restaurants opposite the apartment, a wider choice of bars, restaurants plus banks, supermarkets and farmacies are all within easy walking distance. The space
The attractively furnished air conditioned accommodation provides fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave appliances plus coffee pod machine and just along the hall is the lounge/diner with table chairs and breakfast bar/workstation, extending through to the lounge area with comfortable sofa, tv and coffee tables. Patio doors access the south east facing balcony terrace with seating and dining areas from which to enjoy the wonderful views.
