Fabulous and Exclusive Villa overviewing the Mediterranean in Mojacar Playa

Exclusive villa in the best area of Mojacar Playa (beach area), La Paratá. Stunning sea views from the whole house- Private pool with pool bar- large garden with many palm trees and exuberant vegetation, solarium and different beautiful terraces. Plot of 1400 m² and a house of 250 m² with a large porch with dinning room and sofas area distributed in two terraces. It's got 5 bedrooms: 2 doubles, 2 triples and 1 single, 4 full bathrooms, one in pool area. High Speed WIFI (Optic Fibre).

Villa is just painted, decorated with exquisite taste: a bright hall, a large living room with fireplace and dinning room with beautiful independent fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms area are independent and all of them with direct access to the garden and pool area. All corners of the villa are comfortable, all at different heights. There’s a laundry with a separated courtyard. Air conditioning/heating throughout the house. One Satellite TV and another TV/DVD. Garage for 3 cars. Maximum privacy and quality. No smoking inside the house please.


Mojacar is located a few minutes from Garrucha, where you can find a marina fishing with lots of seafood restaurants as well as a boat’s port where you can rent one, Go karts circuit and camel rides are available.
Vera and Puerto Rey have a huge Mediterranean beaches where you can practise kite-surf, windsurf, etc and also a Water Slide Park AquaVera, for the youngest of the family.

The Villa's location is perfect: three minutes by car from the best golden beaches of Mojacar and its promenade, restaurants, chemist, bowling, chiringuitos, supermarkets, boutiques, bars & lounges, discos & nightlife, water-sports, etc. Also five minutes to a Medical Centre with emergency service. Ten minutes to 2 first class Golf courses (Macenas and Marina de la Torre) and 20 minutes to 2 more Golf Courses: Desert Springs and Valle del Este. Five minutes to Mojacar’s Town (pueblo), the ancient Moorish hilltop village is a must, with its cobbled streets and alleyways great gift shops, music, venues, cultural centre, bars and restaurants.

Stay in Mojacar
The host as a villa with an amazing view full stop The villa is advertised as 5 bedrooms not the case there are four furnished bedrooms not 5 When we contacted the host she said there was 5 . The fifth one was a storage cupboard there was a pull up bed in the wardrobe with no linen and the room was in a poor state and not big enough to be classed as a bedroom also no air conditioning The villa itself in its day would have been fabulous but is know tired and worn out some tlc is needed Furniture was broken my sisters chair collapsed with her on it just had a hip operation the chair was by the pool and brittle. The cutlery needs replacing and not enough to cater for 5 adults and two children glasses were cracked the silicone round in kitchen was mouldy missing tiles by bathroom on far side of house Pool shower room tiles missing the pump room no cover on electric box no lock on door for safety purposes. When l phoned the VRBO and sent photos l was told l should have complained in the beginning l agree but not booking with VRBO before l contacted host over a number of issues aircon not working in one room no hairdryer as advertised one turned up 11 days later. Also it got to the stage we had payed a lot of money and didn’t want to spend the next 14 days of our holiday on the phone constantly There was no smoke detector and no co2 detector also there should be complaints book by law in Spain not the case

La casa está en un sitio maravilloso, con unas vistas increíbles y una absoluta tranquilidad. Tienen que actualizar el menaje, los electrodomésticos y los colchones. Pagas por las vistas, pero demasiado para lo que es luego lo que ofrece la casa por dentro.
