Le Martin Pêcheur, labeled fishing lodge, is located next to the Don river and a pond full of fish, in the heart of the remarkable site of La Forge renowned for its fauna/flora (17 km of marked trails). East terrace accessible from the 1st floor + private enclosed garden with trees (300 m²) on the banks of the river located opposite the gîte (5 m opposite). Fishing room (refrigerator/tank with aerator).
Ground floor: lounge/living room (wood stove), fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), 1 small glass bedroom closed by curtain (90x190 bed), shower room, separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (160x200 bed + 90x190 bed) and shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, radio/CD, washing machine, complete baby equipment.
Included: sheets (beds made).
Not included: wood/electric heating, electricity and towels. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (65€). Animals: deposit 100€ (Animals on request).
