"The only issue we had was after check-in communication between us was limited. We had ants in out apt and had a clogged toilet that management said they couldn't come until the next day (unacceptable) someone should be available 24 hours a day for mechanical issues like that. Right smack in the center of town - walking through two, lively restaurants. Loved the live music right outside (sing alongs and a band). They went out of their way to male sure we were comfortable, swapping (i think) rooms aound so that i, who uses oxygen didn't have to climb anymore stairs than necessary.
