"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."

"Bellafiora Bed & Breakfast couldn't have been better. The house overlooks a quintessential italian countryside with the town of Osimo perched on top of the hill just past the B&B's olive grove. The rooms are modern, comfortable and lovely to return to after a long day exploring. Each day started with a full, delicious breakfast and morning greetings from Cinzia . "The villa and the grounds are wonderful, and the views are enchanting. We had a great time at Villa Staffieri as a multi-generational family of 8. Clearly a lot of thought and love has gone into the house. The village is an easy walking distance and it has a grocery store, cafe, a park with a plauground.
