"As confirmed by the front office, the hotel wifi was not always reliable. Our electronic keys needed to be reprogrammed several times to give us access to our rooms. Otherwise, I liked the fact that there was always a choice of fresh coffees, and even free soup for the guests. The mattress and pillows were fantastic so we slept like babies!"

"The Constance is so cute! We loved the aesthetic of the building and its proximity to town. We were able to walk to dinner, and Lenox is full of great food spots. The room itself was a great size, with beautiful green walls and old wooden furniture. The shower was to die for and I loved how they had Roku set up in the hotel room where you can sign into your own accounts and they would wipe your account from the tv when you left. "The staff at this hotel were very kind and attentive. The town that the hotel is located in is very rundown, did not even have a café except for McDonald’s, and was very limited for shopping and restaurants. Obviously this is more to do with the area than the hotel itself. It’s a very old property but they have done their best to spruce it up but it definitely has not been renovated"
