"Visited the area with my Mother. Kitchen well equipped to meet our meal needs. This is the middle unit of a Triplex, but didNot hear the neighbor’s TV until the last day. The mini split heater was new to me, but liked the ability to customize the bedroom temperature for my Mom. It is right off the Highway so there is some night traffic noise through the windows but easily reduced by white noise. Felt safe and secure with parking right at the doorsteps. Can’t beat the price for a small fully...

"Second year that we stayed in a Vrbo in Fort Smith. Found out the hard way that there isn’t a standard for amenities in Vrbo homes. This rental didn’t really give us a feeling of being in a home. No art or decorations on the walls no live plants. Bare bones kitchen items. No dish towels or dish rags. Minimal pots and pans, cups and glasses and bowls. Sofas in the living room were nice and soft. Bedrooms were very basic, bed nightstand dresser and Tv. Minimal clothes hangers in closets....

"This is a cute house in a less than ideal neighborhood. It was an especially hot week when I visited, and the AC had difficulty keeping up. It was frequently 75-77 when I got home from working at the hospital. Otherwise a great experience. The host was very helpful."

"Very pleased with the whole house as in clean, comfortable and quiet. It is a four bedroom which was great as don't find many of those. Would have liked place mats for dinning table that would have worked better to use in earing. But the hosts were so great!! We asked for an early check in and then when the weather turned bad we were able to check in even sooner. What a blessing. "
