Relax & unwind in this charming, cosy holiday home near Moffat in Dumfries & Galloway.
Set within the grounds of the old Moffat Manor, the spacious open-plan sitting, dining and kitchen area is ideal for family time.
Set in over 80 acres of beautiful Scottish countryside the holiday home is the perfect base for walkers & cyclists and with a Loch on your doorstep, fishing enthusiasts are right at home.
Furry friends welcome.
The space
Overlooking the Moffat Manor Park, the property is beautifully presented throughout with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Relax in the open plan sitting area on comfortable sofas for a cosy night in front of the TV or alternatively, there is plenty of room for family games night!
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for meal preparation whilst still socialising with the rest of your party. Regardless if you are preparing, breakfast, a light lunch or a full evening meal everything you need is at hand and cooking is a breeze!
Enjoy your meal at the dining table situated directly next to the kitchen for ease and convenience.
Move through the hallway and you will find Bedroom 1, a super comfortable double bed that ensures a great night's sleep, plenty of storage and a direct entrance into the main bathroom for convenience.
Bedroom 2 is the twin room, cosy and again with ample storage.
Guests 5 & 6 will use the comfortable sofa bed in the sitting area.
The main bathroom has a good-sized shower, vanity unit and storage for toiletries.
Enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or evening glass of wine seated outside on the patio area whilst taking in the local wildlife, from rabbits to hedgehogs, deer to red squirrels there's always a furry friend to admire!
