Clarefoot Cottage is a self-contained 2-bedroom self-catering annex to the main house - Clarefoot Residence. The property was built in 1875 and provides stunning views of the Moffat Hills.
The cottage has parking for 1-2 cars and its own Wi-Fi. Dog owners have access to an enclosed and secure dog run at the side of the property. *Please note dogs are chargeable at £10 per dog, per stay*
Ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, hob/oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine, diner/lounge with Smart TV.
The first floor has the toilet, bath with shower over and a large bedroom with a king size bed, blackout curtains, hairdryer all linens and towels provided.
Second floor again a large room with twin bed, blackout curtains, hairdryer all linens and towels provided.
