Adriana and Delyana went above and beyond in recommendations, help with a train issue to Sibiu and providing us with all the drinking water we needed (which was a lot). The service was better than at most 5-6 star branded hotels. And I've stayed in many over the years for business. The hotel manager was a delight and the chef provided the best tasting and freshest breakfast spread during out stay in the country. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, the cleanest we had in the country and the location is perfection. If your staying in Brasov, Schuster Boarding House is by far your best choice. The hotel is well located for food and as a jumping off point for travel tours to the castles. The breakfast offering was great and all staff were wonderful and accommodating.
